About The Show
Directed by Robert McQueen
Written By Nick Green
Toronto - 1991 - At the height of the global Aids pandemic, Diana Princess of Wales makes a visit to the CASEY HOUSE, Canada's first free standings AIDS Hospice. The historic visit sparked a mammoth change in the AIDS Advocacy movement; shepherding a new perspective, smashing stigmas and shifting the hearts and minds of people across the globe. Nick Green's new play has been lauded as one of the greatest new Canadian plays of the decade after debuting with a sold out run at the Stratford Festival followed by acclaimed runs across the country. Casey and Diana was originally commissioned by the Stratford Festival, Ontario, Canada.
