Exploration and fun are the keywords for YES Theatre’s week-long Summer Theatre Camps! Our camp instructors will lead a series of fun, collaborative activities designed to build imagination, confidence, creative expression and lasting friendships.
*Students may register for only one of the two drama camp sessions, not both
AGES 8 to 12 | $275 (HST included)
This week-long activity introduces campers to the concepts and vocabulary of Drama through co-operative theatre-based games and exercises. Campers will develop an understanding of the principles of dramatic story-telling while engaging in scene work and character work, leading to an informal showcase presentation at week’s end.
KAILIN KOHLS | Instructor
Kailin is excited to welcome students to this year’s Summer Camps! She has been an instructor for various STC/YES activities since 2019, including our Summer Camps, March Break Camp and PA Days. Kailin has performed in over twenty shows around Sudbury and Stratford (including writing and starring in her own productions) and choreographed for The Biggest Little Theatre Company. She hopes to make the experience for new and returning students as amazing as the experiences she has had.

Space is limited to 20 campers per week – registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Students may register for one of the Drama Camps and the Musical Theatre Camp if they wish, but may not register for both Drama Camps.
A link to our online payment system will be emailed to parents approximately one week before each camp begins. Registration is not complete until payment is received.
